Triangle Urban Farm LLC takes all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference and loss, as well as unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We do not sell, rent or give our email list, customer list or any personal/financial information to anyone. The ways we do this include:
- using encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive information, such as credit card details
- limiting physical access to our premises
- limiting access to the information we collect about you
- ensuring that we and our Business Partners have appropriate security safeguards to keep personal information secure
- where required by law, destroying or de-identifying Personal Information
We treat your information with respect and concern for your privacy. We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
Refund policy: Due to the perishable nature of the products, all refund requests must be sent within 24 hours of accepting delivery. If you want to receive credit/replacement for a damaged product please email email@example.com a picture of your product. If you try an item and do not like it- we LOVE the feedback, but are unable to refund you for consumed items.
Missing/Damaged products will either be replaced the following week or reconciled with store credit.
Hold policy: You can skip your delivery for any week for any reason! Hold requests need to be made by Sunday at 11:59pm for that week. You can place a hold by logging into your account, selecting Delivery Hold and placing your hold. Alternatively you can select Upcoming Deliveries and X the deliveries you need to skip. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org the dates you need to skip by Sunday at 11:59pm for the following week and we can place the hold for you. If you would like to donate your order to a family in need in lieu of placing a hold please email email@example.com the date you would like to donate your delivery and we will charge you for that order and donate your items!
If you miss the deadline (Sunday at 11:59pm) to hold your order for the following week, you will still be charged for your order, but we can donate your share to a family in need. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to donate your share.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel your recurring order at any time for any reason!
Please email email@example.com your cancellation request by Sunday at 11:59pm for your cancellation to take effect that week. Cancellations made after Sunday at 11:59pm will take effect 2 weeks later.
Store credits will not be refunded.
